Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Statement

This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Bacfree undertakes the warranty of:
    • Bacfree Water Filters ("Product")
      Product Warranty Period
      Watero 1 year (12 months)
      BS Series Tap Filters 1 year (12 months)
      ER Series Outdoor Filters 10 years (120 months) (on housing)
      HealthSpring Advanced Ionizer 5 years (60 months) & 2 years (24 months) for BA-U7 Boiler
      Consumables/Replacements 30 days
  2. The warranty extends only to local customer and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchase/customer.
  3. The warranty shall be conducted through Bacfree representatives in local country only.
  4. The information has to fill in completely and factually with the company stamp of seller or distributor in order for the warranty to become effective. Otherwise, the warranty will not take effect.
  5. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • Normal wear and tear of the equipment;
    • Usage of equipment other than its normal and customer manner;
    • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being carried out;
    • Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident however caused to product
    • Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alternation or modification of the product;
    • Spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage;
    • Lightning, accident or negligible use;
    • War, fire, typhoon, flood or earthquake;
    • Scratches or damage to plastic surface and all the other externally parts that are due to normal customer use;
  6. All the related cost incidental and incurred thereto (without limitation to spare parts cost, maintenance cost, delivery, etc.) shall be borne by the buyer
  7. During the warranty period, Bacfree represenatatives will repair, at Bacfree’s option, the product or any relevant parts thereof in the event that the product is found to be Defective. All the replaced parts or equipments shall become the property of Bacfree
  8. The warranty in respect of a repaired or replaced product/part shall extend for the remaining warranty period of the repaired product or replacement thereof to the consumer.

If, in the sole opinion of Bacfree, the product that the customer has returned is not faulty or damaged and correctly corresponds to the description displayed on our website, or if it has not been returned in accordance with Bacfree’s warranty policy, the customer will not be entitled to an exchange/return. We will then return the product to the customer at the customer’s own cost and expense.
